2. How do I set up a Pet Healthplan for my pet?
Pet Health Plans can be purchased online or over the telephone.
If you wish to purchase your Health Plan online, please click 'Get started' below. It’s simple and takes only a few minutes to complete. Firstly, select us- Independent Pet Clinics, fill out your details and your pet’s name and age. You will then be able to see the Healthplan in detail, and a breakdown of the cost. Your Healthplan will be active the moment it is set up!
If you would prefer to speak to one of the friendly Healthplan customer service team members to help you set up your Pet Healthplan, then please don’t hesitate to give them a call on 0800 050 2022. The team will be able to take you through the process smoothly, having your Health Plan set up swiftly the same day!

3.Who do I speak to regarding updating my information?
You are welcome to come into the practice during opening hours to update your details or you can contact us by sending us an email/message through our website and we will be able to update your details for you and we will confirm this in writing when it has been done. 4. I have been to the Pet Healthplan website and have seen that the costs are different for different sized dogs. What size category does my dog come under?
The size of your dog is measured by their expected adult weight. The size chart is outlined below:
Small Dog – 0-10kg
Medium Dog – 10-20kg
Large Dog – 20-40kg
Extra Large Dog – 40kg+
Small Dog – 0-10kg
Medium Dog – 10-20kg
Large Dog – 20-40kg
Extra Large Dog – 40kg+
